Domestic (Within U.S.)

Wind Dance Kites ships all orders domestically via US mail/UPS. Orders under $69.00 for $6.99 and all orders over $69.00 are shipped free. Wind Dance reserves the right to choose shipping method on all orders shipped at the above rate or free. The shipping and handling costs are as follows* and adjusted accordingly when shipping rates go up.

International (Outside U.S. and Canada)

Wind Dance Kites uses U.S. Priority Air Mail to ship overseas. This method usually takes 4-10 days. There are no flat rates for shipping and handling to international addresses. Costs vary dramatically by location.  If you need one or more items shipped outside the United States, please email your order, payment by PayPal only.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?

We strive to ship every order within 24 hours. Orders received on Sundays and holidays will ship the next business day. It usually takes about 4 to 7 days for your order to arrive. During the peak holiday season the time might double or triple. Please be sure to add enough time for delivery if you are presenting your kite as a gift to a lucky friend!

Return Policy

Our Guaranteed: All Wind Dance Kites products that cost $25.00 or less are guaranteed against factory defects for seven (7) days after receiving it. We will replace it or repair it. (0ur 0ption)  Buyer must pay return shipping charges. If you have a item that is damage, broken ect. when you receive it please contact the Post Office/UPS to file a damage claim. Items damaged in shipment are not factory defects. If you need assistance with a damage claim please call 843-744-6410 we will be happy to help. If your product cost more than $25.00 and has a Factory Defect found within 30 days we will Repair or Replace it free with a new exact item. We cannot replace Kites that have been Damage by the User. We DO NOT give refunds on any Stunt (Trick) Kites, Stunt Kites are repair only. If you have a return , please contact us immediately for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: All our kites are drop shipped from Dyna Kite, if you have a return please call number below for (RMA) number.
